It’s always fun to jazz up a lower body day. It can get boring and repetitive doing the same old stuff day in and day out. Here’s a routine that I came up with that set my glutes on fire. It’s called “Stairway to Glutes”.
5 moderately heavy barbell squats (60-70% of your 1RM)
10 Deficit Goblet Squats with a moderately heavy kettlebell
15 Banded body weight squats
Repeat 4-5 sets
