The kettlebell comes in for yet another brutal workout. This weeks metcon is titled “Tunnel Vision” and goes like this.
1 Kettlebell Burpee-Increase by 1 repetition each round.
2 Goblet Squats-Increase by 2 repetitions each round.
3 Russian Kettlebell Swings-Increase by 3 repetitions each round.
It’s helpful to write it out and cross them off as you go. You’re your best judge of what kettlebell weight you should be using.

Complete this workout at the end of your regular strength training session and see how many rounds you can make it. Time yourself and track how many rounds you make it each time. There’s always room for improvement.
